With your initial purchase of the Events2HVAC software, you will receive any product updates released during the first year of your license.  After the first year, you can purchase an annual maintenance agreement to keep your product up to date with the latest changes.

You can also purchase additional room licenses at any time in order to meet the needs of your expanding facility.

Also, during the first year, you can take advantage of up to four support incidents free of charge, using phone, email, or remote client support.  Additional incidents can be purchased or included in a maintenance agreement.

The support area linked below is for Events2HVAC customers and users.  There you can access the user forum area, download product software and updates, view or submit product issues, and access online help.
