We are excited to announce that we have developed an online Customer Center for Events2HVAC users and other Streamside Solutions’ customers. The Customer Center will streamline your efforts to download/update software, access software resources, manage licenses and subscriptions, submit requests for support, and communicate with us about support tickets that are in progress.
The Customer Center centralizes all Streamside Solutions account logins to a single sign-on server. This includes logins from these websites:
If you are an Events2HVAC customer, please read and follow the steps below to setup your access to the Customer Center.
If you previously had an account on events2hvac.com for software downloads/updates, please do a one-time transfer of your profile by following these steps:
Support (Zendesk) Users
If you previously had an account on support.streamsidesolutions.com for support tickets, and you did not have an account on events2hvac.com, please register using the same email address as your Zendesk user account. This will ensure you have access to your old tickets. Note: Some users may have been copied on support emails during installation of Events2HVAC (e.g. system integrators, partners, etc). If you have no need to view these support tickets, then you do not need to create an account.
