The fall conference season is upon us, and we will soon be traveling to Denver, Colorado and Portland, Oregon. As an extra bonus, we will be offering a 10% discount to customers we meet at these conferences who purchase an Events2HVAC license within six months.

Dean Evans EMS User’s Conference

Events2HVAC is returning to the Dean Evans EMS User’s Conference this year after missing last year’s conference due to the Colorado floods. The conference is September 29-October 1, 2014, in Denver, CO. We are looking forward to talking with our Dean Evans friends and meeting both new and experienced EMS users.

Events2HVAC can help EMS users by:

  • Eliminating time-consuming coordination with the facilities department to make sure rooms are comfortable for scheduled events.
  • Reducing complaints from event attendees about room conditions.
  • Reducing energy use and carbon emissions for your environmentally-conscious customers.

AASHE Conference & Expo

For the first time ever, Events2HVAC will be exhibited in booth #409 at the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE) Conference. The conference will be held October 26-29, 2014, in Portland, Oregon. This is a great opportunity for energy managers, sustainability professionals, and students with an interest in sustainability to learn about the energy efficiency benefits of event automation with Events2HVAC.

Events2HVAC can help energy managers and sustainability professionals by:

  • Automatically turning off heat, air-conditioning, and lights in rooms that are not scheduled for use.
  • Reducing campus impact on planet Earth by using less fossil fuels and electricity.
  • Extending the useful life of HVAC equipment by running it fewer hours per day.
  • Reducing maintenance cost of HVAC equipment by running it fewer hours per day.
  • Making your campus more sustainable and competitive by reducing operating expenses.
