If you haven't talked with a salesperson about your facility, please call us at 1-888-320-4277 x1 to confirm the equipment interface(s) you need and the number of rooms you would like to control.  We will verify that all of the integration pieces are compatible with your equipment and provide a price quote for your facility.

Licensing and Pricing

Events2HVAC software licensing is based on the number of unique mapped rooms from your event provider to your equipment.  There is also a charge for the base software and any specific device interfaces that are required for your facility.

All licensing is a one-time charge....no annual fees required.  If you need to expand the room coverage, you can purchase room add-on licenses at any time.  If you want to continue to keep your software up to date with the latest version, there is a yearly maintenance fee.

Payment Methods

If you accept the price quote provided, you can make your purchase with a company purchase order, a check, or a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover). For credit card purchases more than $5000, a 2.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to the order.

After the Purchase

1. You will receive an e-mail message containing a license file that is required to enable your software once it is installed.
2. An account on this website will be created for you. You will then be able to download Events2HVAC and install it on your system using the license file provided.
3. You will also be able to access software updates on this website for a full year. You can purchase software updates beyond the first year separately, if desired.
4. Four support incidents during the first year are included with your initial purchase. Additional support incidents or customized support and training can also be purchased.
